Valencia CF Goes Eight Games Unbeaten
A positive run of form marked by the ‘Mestalla factor’ and the team’s great effort and hard work
History:
Valencia CF will return to derby action on Friday Night Football to take on cross-town opposition Levante UD at the Ciutat de València at 9 pm kick-off time (local time) on Matchday 27 of LaLiga Santander.
Valencia CF have visited their neighbours on 60 occasions with a positive balance of 31 wins 9 draws and 20 losses. Last time out, Valencia CF bested Levante UD by a 4-2 in the reverse fixture which is the same margin on their last visit.
Roger Martí ‘s own goal, Kevin Gameiro at the double and Ferran Torres’late strike inspired last season’s comeback derby win at the Ciutat de València. Javi Gracia’s side will be looking to register back-to-back derby wins at their neighbours’expense.
